About Us
Who We Are
F.A.I.T.H is a community of young Nigerians fighting for mental health.
We’re real people. Real struggles. Real solutions.
OUR STORY
F.A.I.T.H was founded in [year] by Adeola Grace after the loss of someone we loved—someone who believed the world would be better without him.
His name was David.
He was young. Smart. Creative. And he was suffering.
At the time, there was so much silence around his death. No one talked about it.
His family suffered alone. The school didn’t address it. Our community pretended it didn’t happen.
Adeola realized: We’re losing young Nigerians to something we’re too ashamed to name.
So F.A.I.T.H was born. Not as a therapy organization. Not as a clinic.
As a community.
A place where the door is always open. Where your story matters. Where being broken is the entry requirement—not a
barrier.
WHAT WE DO
EDUCATION
We teach you to understand yourself. Your brain. Your emotions. Your body.
Through Sunday classes, essays, resources, and tools. We believe knowledge is power. When you
understand what’s happening inside you,
you can name it. Ask for help. Heal.
COMMUNITY
We gather every Sunday. We check in twice a week via email. We celebrate
birthdays. We hold space for your story. You are not alone.
We believe the best mental healthcare happens in community. With people who
get it. Who show up. Who believe you.
ADVOCACY
We write. We speak. We demand change. We refuse to stay silent about the
mental health crisis in Nigeria. We believe systems need to change. Resources need to be allocated. Young Nigerians deserve better.
CRISIS SUPPORT
When you’re in the darkest moment, we’re here. With resources. With people.
With hope.
